The Chinese medicine provides large referred knowledge about the herbs. Some
herbs could be taken as food and medicine which we usually use them as a kind of
tea, named herbal tea.
Today I’d like to show just how easy it is to prepare some
blended herbal tea with special health care properties:
Nowadays since many people drink and eat too much which cause
heavy burden to the stomach, I thought it fitting to share an after-dinner
digestion tea.
Herbal tea for digestion
This
recipe contains moyeam tea, mint and licorice root. Both are excellent for
enhancing digestion. Mint is especially soothing to the stomach, which the
licorice root and moyeam add a little sweetness and also contains
anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant properties.
Ingredients:
1 parts
mint leaves
1 parts
of moyeam leaves
1/8 part dried licorice root
1/8 part dried licorice root
1 parts
mint leaves
1parts
of moyeam leaves
1/8 part dried licorice root
1/8 part dried licorice root
Methods:
Mix the
mint, moyeam and licorice root together. If using 3 ounces of mint, use 22g
moyeam and 10.5 grams of licorice root. If using only 1 ounce of mint, use and 7g
and 3.5 grams of licorice root. Store the blended tea in a glass jar.

boiled water into the teapot,
